Rockstone Holiday Homes is a family run holiday letting agent based in Whitstable with a strong reputation for providing quality self-catering holiday homes and management services in Whitstable and the surrounding areas.

Since 2012, our team has been passionate about providing bespoke holiday home management services and maintaining that personal touch. After starting her family, Emily began cleaning and managing a few holiday homes and found that owners really needed a local end-to-end management service to make sure their property was ready for guests. Inviting Tom on board, together they became Rockstone Holiday Homes.

Emily and Tom are life-long residents of Whitstable, and realised that there were no other agencies local to Whitstable with such an in-depth knowledge of the area and of the individual holiday homes they manage, offering to take care of everything for the owners. We have a valued team of experienced cleaners who take great pride in preparing our holiday homes to the highest standard. A member of our management team will also inspect the property after each clean. In addition, we can arrange deep cleans, along with carpet and upholstery cleaning.


Linen hire and laundry services

We offer a cost effective hire of hotel quality cotton linen and towels, including a full laundry and pressing service. Alternatively, we offer a laundry service for your own linen and towels, including washing, drying and ironing.


Property maintenance

We work with trusted local tradespeople in the event that any maintenance work is required. This also includes garden maintenance and window cleaning.
